About the role
You manage your own customers from the first inquiry to the delivered shipment: quoting, booking, documents and the follow-up that keeps cargo moving. Sea, air and road, with the port next door.
What you will do
- Quote and book sea, air and road shipments for your own portfolio
- Coordinate carriers, terminals, customs and hauliers
- Keep customers informed at every milestone
- Solve the problems that come up before they become delays
What we are looking for
- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Calm under pressure, organised and customer-minded
