What we collect

• Quote and contact forms, your name, company, email address, phone number and the shipment or message details you type. We use them to answer your request and prepare a quotation.
• Job applications, your name, email, phone and the information you send us about yourself, used only to assess your application.
• Newsletter, your email address, used to send rate, lane and peak-season updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email.
• Technical data, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.

Legal basis

We process form data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and for our legitimate interest in answering enquiries; newsletter data on the basis of your consent; application data to assess your application.

Who processes it

The website is hosted on Vercel; form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by Resend. Both act as processors under agreements that meet GDPR requirements. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and quotations: for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting shipment, then in line with our commercial and tax record-keeping obligations. Applications: until the vacancy is filled, unless you ask us to keep your details. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction or objection to processing, and portability. Email sales@tgslogistics.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary, session-level storage used to operate the site may be present.

TGS Portal

The TGS Portal (myfreight.nl) is a separate platform with its own terms and privacy notice, shown when you log in.
