A production line waiting on a machine that does not fit in a container. The date was fixed by the factory's shutdown window, there was no second slot.
What we did
Surveyed the route from quay to plant, arranged permits and the lifting gear at both ends, and booked breakbulk space with a sailing that left margin for weather. Documents were checked while the cargo was still at sea so clearance was a formality on arrival.
Outcome
Delivered inside the shutdown window, signed for at the plant, every milestone visible in the portal as it happened.
