Reefer programme, weekly
Placeholder case, structure and tone only, pending a real TGS project.
Perishables do not forgive a slow handover. A weekly reefer programme needs the same discipline every single week, not a good week and a bad one.
What we did
Set a fixed weekly routing with pre-booked reefer equipment, health certificates prepared ahead of arrival, and a cold-chain road leg planned by the same desk that runs the sea leg.
Outcome
Temperature held origin to DC, every unit tracked live, paperwork done before the ship berthed.
